- Items that have been used or damaged through normal wear and tear. If your item falls within the 1-year warranty period, submit a warranty claim for assistance.

Return Process
- Handled by Our Team: All returns must be managed by a member of our team.
- Original Purchaser Requirement: Returns can only be completed by the original purchaser listed on the order. Be sure to include your order number in all communications for prompt processing.
- RMA Number for Tracking: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be provided to help track your returned item.
- Label Your Shipment: Clearly indicate the RMA number on all return shipment boxes. This ensures our team can process your return efficiently.
What to Expect Once the Product is Returned
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will:
- Inspect the Product: Confirm that the items are in unused, unaltered condition and in their original packaging.
- Process Your Refund: Eligible returns will be refunded in the original form of payment within 3-7 business days. In certain cases, store credit may be issued instead.
If an item is deemed ineligible for return due to its condition, we will provide an explanation along with photos documenting wear or damage. Partial refunds may be issued in these cases.
Return Shipping Cost and Additional Fees
- Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for all return shipping fees, brokerage fees, duties, and applicable taxes related to your return. Return shipping costs vary significantly based on the size and weight of the product(s) being returned. This needs to be manually verified by our customer service agents.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Deliveries: Transformer Table does not accept COD or collect deliveries.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and delivery fees, including storage and re-delivery charges, are non-refundable once the carrier has provided the service.
