Cancelling an Order

No-Fee Cancellations
There is no fee to cancel an order provided it has not yet been prepared for shipping. Please note that there may be a delay between when your order is prepared for shipping and when you receive the confirmation email.
If you’re considering canceling, contact our customer service team, and we’ll verify the status of your order in real-time for assistance.
Cancellation Fee
If you request a cancellation after receiving a shipping confirmation, a deduction of $349 will automatically be applied to the refunded amount.
Remember to review your order carefully before confirmation to avoid unnecessary fees and ensure a seamless experience.
Refund Processing
All refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please note that the full refund process may take 7–10 business days. This includes both the time required for our team to complete internal verification and the time it may take for your financial institution to process the transaction and reflect the refund in your account.
