By using Transformer Table and its Services, you agree to:

• Indemnify and hold harmless Transformer Table, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any losses, claims, or liabilities
• This includes legal costs on a full indemnity basis arising from your use of Transformer Table or breach of any terms

Protection Against Third Party Claims

You agree to:

• Indemnify Transformer Table from any third-party claims related to their information, products, or services
• Acknowledge that Transformer Table is not responsible for any offensive or illicit material posted by others which may cause you damage

Defense and Control

Transformer Table reserves the right to assume control of any matter subject to your indemnification. In such event, you agree to cooperate with Transformer Table in asserting any available defenses.
