Warranty Coverage Overview
We provide a one-year limited manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship resulting from the manufacturing process. During this period, if you encounter any issues with your Transformer Table product that falls under warranty conditions, we are committed to providing a repair, replacement, or equivalent resolution.
Exceptions to our Warranty Policy may apply based on the discretion of our Warranty Team.
Covered for One Year:
- Wood warping in leaves/panels of table/bench (greater than 2mm).
- Defective metal hardware (clips, pins, latches, bolts).
- Metal frames broken or bent of outdoor or couch products.
- Wicker or woven materials rips or tears within 24 hours of delivery date.
- Upholstery materials cuts, tears, and discolouration within 24 hours of delivery date.
Lifetime Warranty
Transformer Table offers a lifetime warranty solely on the telescopic ball-bearing metal mechanisms in our tables and benches.
Warranty Exclusions
Not covered under out limited manufacturing warranty:
- Normal Wear and Tear: Expected signs of use over time.
- Misuse or Abuse: Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper care.
- Natural Events: Damage resulting from wind, flooding, freezing water, or other environmental factors.
- Animal Damage: Issues such as chewing, scratching, or other harm caused by pets.
- Heat and Sunlight: Light damage or fading due to prolonged exposure to heat or sunlight.
- Fabric Damage: Staining, mildew formation, excessive soiling, improper cleaning, or damage from chemical treatments.
- Surface Damage: Burns, cuts, or scratches on the furniture's surface.
- Liquid Damage: Watermarks or liquid damage resulting from improper use or environmental conditions.
- Cushion Compression: Normal flattening or softening due to regular use.
- Outdoor Use of Indoor Products: Damage from using products outside their intended environment.
- Cosmetic & Minor Defects: Caused during packaging or unpackaging.
- Assembly Damage: Damages occurred during the assembly process.
- Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs NOT authorized by Transformer Table.
We do not recommend modifying Transformer Table products, as this will void the warranty. Modifications include but are not limited to:
- Applying a polyurethane layer to any Transformer Table item, as alterations to the original finish void warranty and release us from responsibility for any issues that may result.
- Sanding any part of the product.
- Applying a high gloss finish to the wood.
- Adding casters to the coffee table.
- Repainting products in a different color.
Please note that any alterations will nullify the warranty.
Warranty Eligibility
Transport Damage
We encourage you to inspect your products upon delivery to ensure everything meets your expectations. If you notice any damage, follow these steps:
1. Inspect Upon Arrival
- Accept the delivery even if damage is found and note “damaged upon arrival” when signing off with the delivery driver or carrier.

- Do not refuse delivery.

- Take detailed photos of the damage, including the packaging and items.
2. Submit a Warranty Claim
- Submit the pictures along with a description of the damage through our Warranty page within 48 hours of receipt.
If your claim is eligible, we may offer one of the following solutions within 1 year of delivery or pickup:
- Product repair
- Replacement parts
- Product replacement
- Partial monetary compensation
Coverage for Transport-Related Claims
The following are covered for Transport Damages:
- Major visible cracks.
- Major chips or dents to the wood.
- Major splits of the wood.
The following are not covered for Transport Damages:
- Minor superficial scratches, dents, and marks.
- Cosmetic degradation, staining, or paint discoloration.
- All heat marks and water damage.
- Any damages reported after 72 hours from the delivery date.
Please note that the Warranty Center reserves the right to refuse a claim, offer partial financial compensation, or replace parts of the damaged unit.
Transport Claim Submission Window
All transport claims must be filed within 1-3 business days of receiving the order, as warranty claims may be subject to a rejection by the carrier due to delay.
Required for Transport-Related Claim
- Proof of Signature: BOL (Bill of Lading) signed by the purchaser.
- Proof of Damage: Damage note written on the BOL by the recipient.

- Picture of the unopened palette, showing damage.
- Picture of the units unpacked, showing damage.
- Picture of the entire table or bench fully extended (showing all 5 panels).
- Close-up picture of the damage.
- A Transport claim may be voided due to:
- Lack of evidence.
- Poor picture quality.
- False claims.

Before proceeding with your claim, please make sure to review our Warranty Policy.
Initiating a warranty claim is simple:
- Start your claim by filling out our Warranty Form. Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser listed on the order. Please make sure to include your order number for efficient processing.

You will also need to provide the following:

- A picture of the Bill of Lading (if damages were noted upon receipt).
- A full picture of the damaged product to assess the extent of the damage.
- Full picture of the assembled product (if applicable).
- Backside pictures showing the inspection label or red stamp (to verify the product's manufacturing date).
- Close-up pictures of the damaged areas.
- A brief description of the issue and the expected resolution.

- A team member will contact you and confirm whether the damage or defect is covered under warranty within 3-7 business days.

Depending on the nature of the issue, we may provide repairs, replacement parts, a product replacement, or a partial monetary credit.

Potential Delays: Manufacturing and shipping of replacement parts might take some time.

If an item is discontinued, we will provide an appropriate replacement at our discretion.

Product material availability may depend on the pattern or color stock.

- If a return is necessary, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to facilitate tracking of the returned item.

- When you return your product(s), please clearly indicate the RMA number on all return shipment boxes.
- You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, brokerage fees, duties, and any applicable taxes related to returns.
