Transport Damage

If your product arrives with visible damage (tears, rips, exposed product due to box damage):

• Do not refuse delivery.
• Do:
  • Take pictures.
  • Sign the proof of delivery with your name and date.
  • Submit a claim through our WARRANTY FORM.

Covered for Life

• Telescopic metal ball-bearing mechanisms.

Covered for One Year

• Wood warping in leaves/panels of table/bench (greater than 2mm).
• Defective metal hardware (clips, pins, latches, bolts).
• Metal frames broken or bent of outdoor or couch products.
• Wicker or woven materials rips or tears within 24 hours of delivery date.
• Upholstery materials cuts, tears, and discoloration within 24 hours of delivery date.

Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear from usage.
• Stains, burns, heat marks, scratches, sun damage, cuts, water marks, liquid damage from user or environment.
• Using indoor products outdoors.
