Unauthorized Repairs

• Repairs not authorized by Transformer Table (TT) are not covered.

Replacement Parts

• Replaced parts become TT's property.
• If an item is discontinued, TT will provide an appropriate replacement at its discretion.

Credit or Replacement Requests

Please provide:

1. Your name
2. Your order number
3. A picture of the Bill of Lading (if damages were noted upon receipt)
4. A full picture of the damaged product to assess the extent of the damage
5. Full picture of the assembled product (if applicable)
6. Backside pictures showing the inspection label or red stamp (to verify the product's manufacturing date)
7. Close-up pictures of the damaged areas
8. A brief description of the issue and the expected resolution

Note

• Transformer Table does not accept returns.
• If issues occur upon delivery: accept the delivery, take photos of the damage, and note the discrepancies on the Proof Of Delivery. Submit this information through our WARRANTY CLAIM FORM. Our team will follow up with a resolution.

Warranty Exclusions

• This warranty does not cover damages due to negligence, misuse, accidents, commercial use, or incorrect assembly following the provided instructions.

Fabric Policy

• Warranties on fabrics do not cover damage due to excessive soiling, improper cleaning, or chemical treatment.

Assembly Related Damages

• Damages occurring during the assembly process are not covered if the assembly instructions were not followed.
