Delivery Timeframe
After an order is prepared for shipment, it is typically expected to be delivered within 5-10 business days.
Expediting Delivery
We do not provide expedited shipping services at this time.
Delivery Address Changes
As long as your order remains unfulfilled, you can make modifications to your order, including address, color, or product changes.
- Requesting a modification while the order is in transit may result in fees starting at $105.
Delivery Delays
There could be various factors delaying your delivery, such as production or shipping delays, government actions, or natural events.
No Liability for Delays
Transformer Table is not liable for any deliveries that exceed the estimated timeframe. While we strive to adhere to delivery dates and times, please be aware that they are estimations and may be subject to change.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated tracking number to keep tabs on its progress. When your order nears your location, you'll be contacted by our transporter to schedule the delivery date and time window.
Our delivery partners operate during standard business hours, which are from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. However, some partners may be able to arrange alternative delivery times.

Unfortunately, you cannot request a specific delivery date for your order, as all orders are processed and shipped automatically.

To ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, we meticulously package all products and ship them on pallets. This protective method safeguards your items throughout the shipping process.
Delivery Method and Limitations of Delivery Service
Shipping is primarily done via truck, and the delivery is typically curbside, where the driver will bring the items to the nearest edge of the property, closest to the entrance.

Here’s a list of the carriers we work with. Please note that contact numbers may vary depending on the delivery location, as they may change based on the shipping origin:

- Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico: XPO or BTX
- Small Packages: UPS (occasionally FedEx)
- Canada: AMJ, TranSource (formerly Alero), and Fastfrate (for remote regions)
Carrier Limitations
The delivery personnel operate solo and utilize a liftgate to lower your order to the ground. They are not equipped to move items beyond this point, including inside your residence or up any stairs.
Delivery Method Exceptions
In some cases, depending on your location, we may offer front door or room choice delivery options.
- For US customers: Our main carrier, Metropolitan, offers a "room of choice" service, meaning they will bring the boxes directly into your unit (please note, this does not include White glove service). If this service is available in your region, the option will appear at checkout, along with the associated additional charges.
Note: There are exceptions where delivery service may be adjusted, such as changes in carriers or service level. This could result in delivery being made to the unit door, building entrance, or curbside. Unfortunately, we cannot confirm these details in advance. - For Canadian customers: The baseline service provided by Alero is curbside delivery.
Delivery Service Liability Disclaimer
Transformer Table and our carriers are not liable for damages to your property or goods after delivery. Any modifications to our standard delivery service (curbside delivery) result in a waiver of our responsibility.
Use of External Freight Companies and Warranty Void Conditions
Opting for delivery services beyond our standard curbside option, or using third-party freight services without Transformer Table’s approval, will void the 1-year product warranty. This policy has no exceptions or extensions and releases us from any responsibility for damage or loss thereafter.
Assembly Information Upon Delivery
Our transporter does not provide unpacking, assembly, or packaging removal upon delivery. However, the majority of our products are shipped fully assembled and ready to use straight out of the box!
Additional Delivery Fees
For deliveries to challenging locations, such as remote areas or places with limited access, there may be additional charges*.
*Charges vary based on location and access difficulty.
