Policy Overview: When Returns Are Accepted
We accept returns and exchanges of eligible items at our sole discretion, provided they meet the following conditions:
Items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
30-Day Risk-Free Home Trial
We offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Home Trial on most products (excluding items clearly marked as Final Sale).
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to decide if your product is right for your home.
Returns during this period are free and easy via our self-serve return portal.
Our delivery partner will contact you within 3–7 business days to schedule pickup.
All items from your set purchase must be returned together.
During this trial period, products may be used at home as intended, and normal wear from in‑home use during the trial is acceptable.
For returns approved under our 30‑Day Risk‑Free Home Trial, you are not responsible for return shipping costs. For any return, exchange, or other accommodation requested after the 30‑day trial period or outside the standard return policy, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, inspection requirements, restocking fees, or partial refund eligibility, depending on the condition of the item. |
Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process. If purchased through financing, allow up to 14 additional business days after the return is received for the refund to be finalized.
Return Shipping Costs and Other Fees
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, brokerage fees, duties, and applicable taxes.
Transformer Table does not accept COD (cash on delivery) or collect deliveries.
All original shipping, storage, and re-delivery charges are non-refundable once services have been provided by the carrier.
Certain conditions and exceptions may apply.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following are not eligible for return:
Final sale items, including samples, demos, and floor models.
Items that are intentionally damaged, misused, materially altered, or damaged beyond normal in‑home trial use.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact Us: Use our Contact page and include your order number.
RMA Authorization: A team member will review your request. If eligible, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued. Returns without authorization will not be accepted.
Schedule Pickup: Once approved, our carrier will arrange pickup within 14 days of RMA approval.
What to Expect Once the Product is Returned
Our team will inspect returned items to confirm they are in unused and unaltered condition and in the original packaging.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
If items are not eligible for return, we will provide an explanation with supporting photos. Partial refunds may be issued if appropriate.
Store Credit: Flexible Returns Option
We may offer store credit as a way to exchange your purchase for something that better suits your needs. Store credit:
Is issued directly to your customer account.
Cannot be purchased, transferred, combined, or exchanged for cash.
Is valid for purchases made through our official website.
Expires 12 months from the date of issue. The expiration date will be clearly displayed when credit is issued.
Store Credit Terms
Store credits may be used across multiple purchases until fully spent.
Remaining balances retain their original expiration date.
Store credits are non-reloadable, non-transferable, and issued only in connection with returns or service adjustments.
Store credit policies are subject to applicable local laws, which may override these terms.
