Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an automatically generated tracking number to keep tabs on its progress.
Please note that tracking may take up to 48 hours to become active, so while you may receive the number right away, it won’t update immediately.
As your order approaches your location, you will be contacted via email and SMS by our delivery partner to schedule your delivery. You’ll receive a link to confirm your address and select from up to five available time slots.
Please note that pickup from local facilities is not available. If a customer chooses to pick up their order regardless, the product warranty will be voided.
