Missed Delivery Appointment
If you miss your scheduled delivery, a delivery agent from Transformer Table will contact you and request that you reach out to the carrier to set up a new delivery window. Please be aware that missed or rescheduled deliveries will incur a storage fee of $153 per day.
To avoid these charges, ensure your availability on the original delivery date, as fees will begin accruing at 7 AM the next business day if the delivery cannot be completed as planned.
