When Returns Are Accepted
Eligible items are covered by our 30-Day Risk-Free Home Trial.
After the 30-Day Risk-Free Home Trial ends, returns and exchanges are considered at our sole discretion provided they meet the following conditions:
Items must be in their original, unused, and unaltered condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
The following are not eligible for return:
Final sale items, including samples, demos, and floor models.
Items that are intentionally damaged, misused, materially altered, or damaged beyond normal in‑home trial use.
