Adding Coverage After Purchase
If coverage was not added during original checkout, you can still purchase a 3-year or 5-year Mulberry protection plan up to 60 days after your original order date.
How to Add:
Locate your 13-digit Shopify Order ID.
- Visit the custom checkout URL:
https://app.getmulberry.com/carts/543aa749c7d8/checkout/YOUR_SHOPIFY_ORDER_ID - Complete the checkout process.

Changing Protection Plan Duration
If you purchased a protection plan but want to switch to a different term (for example, switching from a 3-year to a 5-year plan):
Eligibility Window: The original order must have been placed within the last 60 days.
Contact: Send an email to help@getmulberry.com and CC partnersuccess@getmulberry.com.
Required Information: Include the following details in your message:
Full Name
Email Address
Original Order Date
Details of the requested plan change
Refunds & Adjustments: Mulberry will assist in canceling the initial plan and sending you a link to purchase the new term. Transformer Table will process any applicable refund for the original plan since initial payments are processed through our store.
